The Disti Finance Analyst LAR role involves working in the Latin America Sales & Marketing Finance & Administration function based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Finance Analyst primary tasks will be responsibility for analyzing distributor inventory and sales out data in order to assist and/or drive the business decision making process, ensure compliance with generally accepted reporting standards and corporate policies & procedures to ensure the integrity of external and internal reporting process, being an agent for driving process improvements, submits claims and monitors payments, uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes. The FA is expected to work with partners across the geographies and different Intel functional areas. The individual requirements includes strong analytical and problem solving skills, knowledge of finance and accounting principles, strong communication, articulate conclusions at the appropriate level of detail, attitude to learn and ramp fast. Responds rapidly to changes in the customer’s environment and adapts internal processes as appropriate, system aptitude, knows how to use the existing tools and systems to satisfy job requirements.
You should have a degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other co -related courses. Additional qualifications include:
- Problem-solving skills (uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions)
- Financial Analysis skills (knowledge of finance and accounting principles)
- Communication skills (capable of articulating conclusions at the appropriate level of detail)
- Partnering skills (responds rapidly to changes in the customer’s environment and adopts internal processes as appropriate)
- System Aptitude skills (knows how to use the existing tools and systems to satisfy job requirements)
- Familiar with SAP and proficient in Excel.
